1. Instrument and Equipment Warranty Service

• The instrument is under warranty for one year from the date of shipment and has a lifetime service. If the instrument fails due to non-compliance with regulations or external factors, the free warranty will not be provided.
• For customers whose warranty period has expired, our company provides accessories all year round. Replacement only charges the cost of accessories and does not charge labor costs.

2. Technical Support Services

1. After the instrument arrives, the company provides free installation and debugging, free training for analysts, and free analysis methods. If the user needs to come to our company for further study in the future, our company can provide free training for 1-2 days.

2. Remote technical support
(1) Service hotline: When users encounter problems, they can call the service hotline, and the after-sales service staff will provide guidance and solutions by phone or fax.
(2) Network service: Users can contact us via email, and our company will provide timely guidance on problems encountered by users or connect to the network to directly handle them remotely.

3. On-site service
If the remote service cannot solve the problem, our company can send a maintenance engineer to the site for maintenance service.

4. Service response time
(1) If the user finds a problem or fault during the use of the equipment, he can use any of the methods of fax/telephone/online to report or consult, and we will respond within 2 hours.
(2) For equipment that requires on-site troubleshooting, we will arrive at the site within 8-24 hours within the province to solve the problem for you. Outside the province, it will take 24-48 hours to arrive at the site. During holidays, both parties can negotiate the arrival time according to the actual situation.

5. Customer file service
(1) After one month of installation and use, we will conduct a user satisfaction survey and establish a customer service file for each machine to remind you to replace spare parts or maintenance at regular intervals.
