Introduction
Food contact materials and products refer to various materials and products that have been or are expected to come into contact with food or food additives, or whose ingredients may be transferred to the equipment under normal conditions of use, including food production, processing, packaging, and transportation. Packaging materials, containers, tools and equipment used for food during storage, sales and use, as well as inks and adhesives that may directly or indirectly contact food.
The materials of food contact materials are divided into: plastic, metal, glass, ceramic, paper, etc. Different food contact materials have different testing requirements.
